NEW Online Ordering Process

The first time an employee uses the site it will be necessary to register by either emailing sales@chetsshoes.com or calling 1-833-253-1060 (option 5) and providing the following information:

  1. Name of Railroad
  2. First and Last Name
  3. Email Address
  4. Phone Number

Purchase Eligibility

  • Contact your supervisor/Safety Boot Administrator if your boots need replacing or you need to purchase overshoes.
  • Your supervisor/Safety Boot Administrator will determine if you are eligible for a new pair of boots and will advise you at that time.

Selecting and Ordering Boots and Overshoes

  1. To begin, log in to your Chets Shoes account
  2. Once you have logged in, you will be taken to the home page of the website where you may use the website's navigation menus and product filters to aid you in finding a pair of boots that suit you best.
  3. You may also use the website's Search field to aid you in your boot selection process.
  4. Select an appropriate boot style and/or overshoe from the online site. All boots and overshoes fit "true to size."
  5. If you have any questions on sizing, style, and/or appropriateness of the boots/overshoes, please call Chet's Shoes at 1-833-253-1060 (option 5). If you are ordering overshoes, order the same size as your work boot (i.e. If you wear a size 10 work boot, order a size 10 overshoe).
  6. Complete the checkout process and submit your order.

Special Notes

  • The price listed on the web site is the price you will pay including shipping cost to the designated address.
  • In-stock orders ship within 1 business day and will arrive at your place of employment within a few days. Chet's Shoes will promptly notify you of any delays.
  • Boot orders will be fulfilled once Chet's Shoes has received approval for the boot order from a designated Safety Boot Administrator. Once the approval and order are received, a confirmation email will be sent to the designated email address. A tracking number will also be provided so that you can track the shipment.

When You Get Your New Boots

When you receive your new boots, wear them around your house on carpet before you wear them at work to make sure the fit is correct. Make sure your toes are not in contact with the safety-toe portion of the boot. If there is any rubbing on the protective toe cap, call Chet's Shoes at 1-833-253-1060 (option 5) or contact your Safety Boot Administrator for assistance in choosing a different size or style

Returns & Exchanges

Boots may be returned or exchanged at no cost to you. Call Chet's Shoes at 1-833-253-1060 (option 5) or contact your Safety Boot Administrator to set up a return or exchange.
